Mr. Vishal Chiripal has an experience of over 19 years in the textile Industry. Mr. Vishal Chiripal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administraon from K.S School of Business Management, Ahmedabad and Adelphi University, New York. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Management (Marketing) from Clark University, Boston. He serves as the Promotor/Director at Chiripal Group of Companies and is looking over the operations and Marketing activities of the group.
He is post graduate in Management from Gujarat University. He has 10+ years of experience in academic industry.
He has worked with multinational companies like A C Nielsen globally renowned market research company, TATA Croma, Electronics Retail chain and Vodafone. During this tenure he has experience of different industries from Market Research to Retail to Telecom to Entrepreneurship and in Education. Finally, he has found his calling in education. He has been 3 times finalist at AMA’s best speakers award function and was also one of the finalists in Economic Times Young Leader competition in 2010. He is also passionate trainer and have conducted 300+ seminar at different platform on motivation, leadership, exam preparation to effectiveness.
Mrs. Kamal Bajaj is currently working as a director of SEIL and Shanti Innovation And Research Foundation, a Section-8 Company, under the field of education. She has engaged herself in establishing the franchise of various pre-schools under the brand Shanti Juniors, she has also involved herself in managing the K-12 school, as a director.
Mr. Susanta Kumar Panda is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 1982 Batch of Indian Customs, Excise and Service Tax, Government of India under Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. He superannuated from Government of India in April 2019 and prior to superannuation he held office in Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue as Member of Central Board of Indirect Tax and customer (CBIC) and also as special secretary to Government of India.
Mr. Mohit Gulati is the CIO & Managing Partner of the $25mn ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, a Corporate Venture Capital Fund that supports young entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and high- growth potential.
He’s a passionate engineer from Pune University and has a PGDM in Finance from IIT Bombay.
Mohit has 14+ yrs of active experience within the Fund Management space. Within the ITI Group of 21 businesses, the technology fund under Mohit specializes in investments in Health Tech, New Age FMCG Brands, SaaS, IoT, and New Age mobility/Logistics.
Ms. Yashree Dixit is a fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Apart from that having a qualification in the Master of Commerce (M.COM) and completed her Doctorate (Ph.D) in Analysis of Corporate Governance practices of selected Indian Companies at GLS University, Ahmedabad. She has also pursuing LLB from D.T.Law College, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Jayesh Patel, CFO of our Company, is a Commerce Graduate from Gujarat University. Currently his profile includes Auditing, preparation of Budget, to reconcile bank balance, maintaining accounts payable & receivables, taking care of statutory dues etc., He has experience of more than 20 years in Accounts and Finance department. Also worked as a Senior Officer – Accounts, in NIIT Ltd in past. Excellence work Award winner for Gujarat NIIT Limited in the year 2008.
Ms. Pooja Khakhi is a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and LLB. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having good exposure of more than 10 years in areas of Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and SEBI Regulations.
My child has been a student for 2 years, and I'm genuinely pleased with the academic quality and co-curricular offerings. The school's environment fosters enthusiasm and active participation. Their blend of enjoyable practical learning and theory maintains engagement. The range of clubs and sports cultivates growth and essential networking skills for today's world.
First of all, we as a parents observed the school environment is very disciplined. During the year we observed the teaching methodology, Curriculum and the engagement activities are as good as to sharpen kids.
