Requirements for Greenfield Schools

  • Minimum land size of 2 acres within district headquarters, or 1 acre in metro cities and hilly areas.
  • Property identification as per SEIL guidelines.
  • Procurement of seat material from SEIL.
  • Obtain NOC, permissions, and licences from relevant government authorities.

Requirements for Existing Schools

Strengthening. Enhancing. Transforming.

Elevate Your Institution:

  • Affiliation with State/National/International curriculum.
  • Minimum fee structure of Rs.15,000/- and above.
  • Enrollment of at least 500+ students.
  • Minimum land size of 2 acres.
  • Investment in property renovation/refurbishing following SEIL guidelines.
